Compact vacuum system with liquid separator 5, 12, 25, 40 or 60 m3/h

These vacuum systems are designed and built for use on glass and marble machines and on machines where it is possible to consume non-aggressive liquids (normally coolants).

The vacuum systems are complete and compact units and are usually connected to the user machine with a flexible hose.

A valve at the tank inlet makes it possible to maintain proper vacuum during maintenance activities.

Air and liquid are first separated inside the tank by means of an internal “cyclone” device, a float with float mounted outside the tank, so that the operator can visually control the amount of liquid in the tank.

The indicator has a sensor to emit an electrical signal when the container is full and an automatic valve to empty the accumulated fluid.

The air in the tank, without droplets but still moist, passes through a condenser separator filter, on which a vacuum meter is mounted to control the operation of the unit.
