Two-stage fluid vacuum pumps vacuum pump series CDS and NP series are well suited for high vacuum applications. The only difference between CDS and NP is the bearing part for CDS is compact and integrated in the vacuum pump itself. Both the CDS and the NP series are designed so that it is possible to adjust the tolerance axial of the rotor from the outside of the vacuum pump. It is thus easy to adapt the tolerances between the impeller and the stator housing, which provides high efficiency.

With the CDS series, a volume flow of 20 to 1000 m3/h dry air at 20 ° C and a maximum vacuum value of 33 mbar can be achieved absolutely when the service fluid is maintained at 15 ° C. The NP series is available with a volume flow of up to 3150 m3/hrs.

For up to 15 kW (50 Hz) or 18.5 (60 Hz) versions, the vacuum pumps are supplied either as single shaft or with separate; For larger models you are only available as bar axle.

The pumps are made as standard in cast iron and with bronze or stainless steel or entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel. Depending on the customer’s wishes, the vacuum pumps can be manufactured in other metal alloys. As standard, they are provided with mechanical seals, but it is also possible to mount them with gasket bushes.

The vacuum pumps are suitable for transporting air, gas, steam and even suspended fluids. They are used in the chemical industry, in the food industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, in the textile industry, in paper mills, and where vacuum is needed in evaporation, drying, powder and impregnation systems. They are also used to drive centrifugal pumps.
